Since our work is primarily manual, we cannot claim that there are absolutely no defects. However, because we are committed to the philosophy of "better manufacturing," our defect rate is exceptionally low. When hiring, we have one condition: whether for full-time employees or part-time workers, those who perform soldering work must have no prior experience. This applies to subcontractors as well. Unfortunately, individuals who have experience with other companies cannot keep up with our quality standards. They cannot abandon the complacency of thinking, "If a human does it, there will be one defect out of ten thousand." The mindset of "one defect is acceptable" does not apply at Paircom. On the surface, soldering may seem like a mundane task.
